Carbovex Thermal Liner?
El Carbovex thermal liner es un revestimiento aislante reutilizable para contenedores marítimos estándar (Dry Van).
Es una alternativa económica y sostenible al contenedor refrigerado, que protege la carga sensible de temperaturas, humedad, suciedad y olores. Es fácil de instalar y mantiene limpio el contenedor.
Todas nuestras soluciones térmicas son ecoamigables, diseñadas para promover la reutilización y reducir la huella de carbono.

Isothermal insulators
They preserve the cargo from temperature changes and keep it at a suitable temperature without the need to use special containers.
They are very resistant to compression and due to their low thickness allows them to maintain maximum capacity within the containers.

This graph is the result of a temperature chamber test performed by APPLUS Laboratories certified center.
Extreme conditions were simulated to observe the basic behavior of the Thermal liner. The material was exposed to the following temperature sequences, 30ºC (4h), 50ºC (6h), 30ºC (4h) and 10ºC (6h) interpreting as close to an ocean climate as possible. This information should serve as a reference, but does not represent the multiple possible variations to which the sea container is exposed.

Las temperaturas extremas son letales. Por ejemplo, el calor puede dañar frutas, verduras, carnes o pescados. Lo mismo puede suceder con el frío para determinados alimentos.
Otro factor muy importante es la humedad. Este es el motivo por el que se utilizan aislantes isotérmicos.

Carbovex 130 Thermal Liner es una manta térmica para contenedores marítimos Dry Van, diseñada para proteger la carga de daños causados por temperaturas y humedades extremas.
Aísla la mercancía de olores y suciedad, favorece un entorno higiénico y contribuye a reducir
la huella de carbono al no requerir energía y ser reutilizable.
Su instalación permite la circulación de aire dentro del contenedor, evitando la transmisión de calor por contacto.
Recomendado para cargas que no requieren temperatura estrictamente controlada y que toleran moderadas variaciones térmicas. Aunque es muy utilizada en la logística del vino, sus beneficios abarcan múltiples industrias. Embalaje compacto y fácil de almacenar.

Installation is simple in any of its three mounting systems.
System with detachable bars
La instalación es rápida y sencilla, utilizando barras telescópicas desmontables. El sistema funciona de forma similar al montaje de una tienda de campaña: se ensamblan las barras y se introducen en las guías del Thermal Liner, todas identificadas con el mismo color.
La instalación en un contenedor DRY VAN de 20’ se realiza en aproximadamente 5 minutos, por un solo operario y sin necesidad de herramientas ni escaleras.
1. Primero, se instala la barra fija en la parte inferior, al fondo del contenedor. Luego, se coloca la barra telescópica en el techo, también en la parte posterior, presionándola contra las paredes para asegurarla.
2. Posteriormente, se repite la operación con la barra que se ubica en el techo, esta vez en el sector cercano a la puerta.
3. Finalmente, se instalan los imanes para ajustar la funda y evitar que cuelgue en exceso. Generalmente se colocan en el techo y en las esquinas, con una separación aproximada de 1,5 metros, además de uno adicional en el centro del techo.

System with installed bars
The cover comes rolled up, as the bars are fixed and previously installed on the liner. Leaving the Velcro portion on the door, it is unrolled to the bottom and the same steps are followed as the removable bar system. This system allows installation in 3 minutes on a 20′ DRY VAN container.
System with carabiners and straps
This system is the most widespread due to its age, but it requires two operators and 15 minutes of installation time.
1) Pass the straps through the rings of the container and tie firmly. One strap is used for one side and the second for the opposite side.
2) Spread the Therma liner and tie the corner straps to the bottom of the container, passing behind the reinforcing rods of the container.
3) Hang the Thermal liner with the carabiners first on one side and then on the other side.
4) The same operation that has been done at the bottom of the container, perform the tying of the straps of the vertices on the side of the door.
