Thermal Lances
Melt any ferrous and non-ferrous material
These lances have 2.5 mm diameter wires embedded longitudinally in the tube.
The lay out of these wires can be of Type T or W, with standard length of 3 m and coupling at one end.

It works at a pressure of 100 to 120 PSI of oxygen.
Heat generation up to 4000°C for cutting all types of materials with a melting point lower than 4000°C.
It does not produce noise or vibrations.
Available in lengths of 2.75 m and 3 m; with threads on each of its ends, which allows to take advantage of the entire length without discarding offcuts.
Each lance has a built-in coupling, which can be of the threaded, pressed and/or quick coupling type.
Oxycutting of hard metals (stainless steels, Mn, CrMo, white iron, gray iron, etc.), opening of casting openings, slag passages, matte pots, maintenance of conical or gyratory crushers (removal of concave-blankets), mill jackets, pump feed boxes, shaft sweeping, EBT.

Rapid ignition in average 5-10 seconds.

Lance Holder
Protects against the formation of undesirable gas mixtures
Connection accessory to inject oxygen or other industrial gases, used for steel lances in different commercial diameters.
It provides safety to the lancing operator, as it is a hot method at very high temperatures.
Easy to maneuver, it allows the proper directioning of the lance and to follow the cutting line on the part being worked on.

Automatically shuts off the oxygen supply at the required level by adjusting the crank. Ensures complete closure of the gas passage and the lancing process is stopped. It has a hose connector suitable for the hose diameter.
Protects the formation of unwanted gas mixtures, without generating leakage or loss of pressure to the connections. It has a triple seal which guarantees safety against gas backflow.
With coarse pitch threads and knob for easy adjustment of the lance inside the housing.
It is the body of the lance holder and houses the non-return seals.

What is a Thermal Lance?

It is a tube filled with steel wire that serves as fuel for the generation of a flame.

Type-T (double tube type)
It can produce a direct flame at high speed to splash materials to make holes or break them quickly.
W-Type (fully packaged wires)
It can produce a wider flame at a higher temperature than Type-T to dissolve solid materials that have high melting points.
Offline use
Smooth ends: Some customers prefer to use the smooth-ended thermal lance when one piece is sufficient to complete the job.
Use with thread and bushing
Some customers use this way to connect Thermal Lance to each other, without needing to waste Half Thermal Lance.
