Thermal Lances
- It works at a pressure of 100 to 120 PSI of oxygen.
These lances have 2.5 mm diameter wires embedded longitudinally in the pipe. The lay out of these wires can be of the following type T o Wwith standard length of 3 m and coupling at one end.

Heat generation up to 4000°C for cutting all types of materials with a melting point lower than 4000°C.
It does not produce noise or vibrations.
Available in lengths of 2.75 m, 3 m and 4 m, with threads at each end, allowing the full length to be used without discarding offcuts.
Each lance has a built-in coupling, which can be of the threaded, pressed and/or quick coupling type.
Thermal Lance is used to open tapping or tapping nozzles in EBT and unclogging of divers or other refractory purge parts.
Target:Prevent clogging and facilitate the flow of liquid steel.

Type-T (double tube type)
It can produce a direct flame at high speed to splash materials to make holes or break them quickly.
W-Type (fully packaged wires)
It can produce a wider flame at a higher temperature than Type-T to dissolve solid materials that have high melting points.
Offline use
Smooth ends: Some customers prefer to use the smooth-ended thermal lance when one piece is sufficient to complete the job.
Use with thread and bushing
Thread and plug: Many customers use this way of connecting Thermal Lance to each other, without wasting Thermal Lance in half.
